This recording is much longer than our other stop smoking recordings because it helps to deal with the issue that some have of not making the full commitment at the deeper levels of your mind to end this habit of smoking once and for all. We know that it’s hard and that perhaps you have made these cigarettes into a ‘friend’ or given them some other type of identity, excuse or purpose. But will this cigarette be the one that finally breaks the camel’s back so to speak.
By using creative imagery in your mind it sets up an aversion towards having anything more to do with cigarettes making them quite repulsive to you. In this recording it helps you use your imagination towards getting you to realize that cigarettes really are not your friend because friends don’t poison you, do they?
It also helps you to realize all the many benefits that there are to being a non-smoker and how being free, absolutely free from cigarettes are more enjoyable to you than you ever thought before. It gets you thinking about what you will be doing now with all your time, money, and good health because you are a non-smoker now.
