It usually happens because of some remembered event where perhaps you were laughed at, or unable to speak due to body syndromes like heavy perspiration, dry throat, sweaty palms, stuttering, butterflies in the stomach, shakiness and the list goes on and on.

By going back to those successful memories instead it helps you to get back your confidence once again. Other helpful suggestions are given to help you learn how to get into the ‘zone’ and become more focused by finding a point of interest in the room and learning to keep your thoughts more balanced and harmonized. The result is being able to speak publicly with confidence and ease!
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
