Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson – 35 minutes 10 seconds

Millions of people fly in planes every day to many destinations.  Some have difficulty with being at ease while they are flying.  There are a few reasons that this happens.  Like all fears they stem from a remembered fearful event or experience.  Perhaps you had a flight where there was quit a bit of turbulence, or perhaps you heard people talking about having a very rough flight and how they too were fearful.

Plus the words to describe getting ready for a flight are all things associated with finality or the end of things, words like boarding terminal, final destination, final approach, exit plan, and what to do in the event of a crash, where the exit doors are, and on and on. With all of this going into your subconscious mind it has an effect of being on the alert and amplifying a person’s imagination towards being fearful of what is to come.

In this recording for the fear of flying you will learn to use your imagination to believe that flying is enjoyable to you and not a fearful experience. Once you train your mind to work in a calm, controlled and relaxed state the feelings and thoughts of fear no longer overwhelm you. Flying becomes a very enjoyable experience.
