Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson –45 minutes 18 seconds

Often when a person has a fear of dentists it is usually stemming from a childhood traumatic experience with a dentist or a past dental event. There may have been a fear of the actual dental procedures such as the sound of drilling, the feeling of losing air supply, the smells, fear of needles, and taste of fluoride and many other sensory remembered experiences causing an element of fear to continue into adulthood. Or perhaps the dentist himself wasn’t a very caring person and you felt a bit anxious by his manner and approach.  All the above reactions of fear are what you believe to be true within your own inner subconscious mind.

But beliefs can be changed. And by listening to this self-hypnosis audio recording, it helps you to relax your thinking about these fearful beliefs.  Because what you think is what you become, and during this recording we teach you how to think differently in order to be calmer and more relaxed about visiting the dentist.  Suggestions are given during this recording to help you to relax, be calm, and in control whenever you must see the dentist. A mental rehearsal is done as well to help reframe your thinking into believing that the dentist office is a beneficial place to go. Listening to this recording helps you to change your perception into a more positive perception towards helping your health to improve by regularly seeing the dentist.
