Overcoming Erectile Dysfunction
Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Tracy Thompson –29 minutes 40 seconds
Occasionally men can have the unfortunate experience of not being able to develop or maintain an erection during sex and this can be something that’s way too embarrassing to admit out loud. Erectile dysfunction or impotence as it’s called, most often is caused by a physical or neurological malady. Men with type 1 Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Prostrate issues, Thyroid issues, and even drug side effects may experience erectile dysfunction from time to time. And there are treatment options available to help men with these problems so that they can continue to have happy, healthy sex lives despite their medical issues. It might be helpful to see a medical doctor first if your ED has become a common occurrence so that you can rule this out as a reason.
But what about the more psychological reasons that can cause a man to experience ED? Sometimes a man may have linked a failed relationship, low self esteem, being over-stressed at work or home, and this can put his thoughts and focus too much on the issue of having another ED experience.
When you are listening to this self-hypnosis recording for overcoming erectile dysfunction, you will find that you feel less and less pressure and anxiety about your sexual performance and you are easily able to naturally become aroused without forcing yourself or thinking too much about what may or may not happen. Because having an erection is purely natural and happens unconsciously without any extra effort on your part, its just spontaneous!
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
